SOC Services

SOC Services for Co-managed Cyber Security

Connect security monitoring to a clear response process. Cloud Agile can help scope and implement SOC services alongside your internal IT team and the providers involved, with responsibilities and escalation arrangements agreed.

Overview

Our Approach to SOC Services

Monitoring only helps when alerts reach the right people and lead to action. We scope the data sources, coverage and escalation, and record who operates the SOC capability and who leads incident decisions.

Based in the UK. Working internationally.

Our consultancy model supports remote collaboration with leadership and IT teams across locations. At the start of each engagement, we agree the countries and entities in scope, meeting arrangements, delivery responsibilities and any onsite requirements. Service hours and response commitments are set out in the agreed scope.

  • Incident hand-offs

Who does what

Our SOC provider is Adlumin (N-able). For each engagement we record the monitoring scope, coverage and service hours, and who in your organisation leads incident decisions. Cloud Agile's implementation and escalation responsibilities, and the provider's service terms, are confirmed in the agreed scope.

SOC monitoring, endpoint detection and MDR

SOC monitoring, endpoint detection tools and managed detection and response are different services. Any managed detection and response is contracted separately and stated in the scope rather than assumed.

From alerts to improvement

Alerts are triaged and escalated through the agreed contacts. Where monitoring identifies IT-control gaps, Cloud Agile can implement agreed remediation.

  • Monitoring and coverage record.
  • Documented responsibilities.
  • Escalation contacts.
  • Reporting.
  • Agreed improvement plan.
